I make these a lot! It's 5 mins work and even my super picky oldest child LOVES them!

I wanted to share the goodness so I asked ChatGPT to help me write the recipe:

Write a recipe for Hebrew hotdog kolaches using puff pastry and sesame

And it did:

Hebrew Hotdog Kolaches with Puff Pastry and Sesame Ingredients: 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed 6 Hebrew National hot dogs 1 egg, beaten 2 tablespoons sesame seeds 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard (optional) 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)

However, I have yet to meet a picky eater who loves mustard (at least none in my family). So I asked it:

no mustard and parsley please. can you change the name to remove "hebrew" and sesame?

  5. Bake:

    • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden brown and puffed up.

  6. Serve:

    • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
